Generator Enclosure Repairs
We offer inspection of existing canopies that are in need of repair. After conducting an initial site visit we can advise what is best for your canopy which can include replacement of parts such as doors, exhausts and attenuators etc. We can fit parts on site, paint, re-seal, replace roofs and more depending on the condition of the canopy and requirements.
We offer a free inspection within a 50 mile radius of Colchester. Beyond that, we charge a small fee to cover travel expenses. This may vary depending on location.

The Oaks Hospital, Colchester - Generator container repair + refurbishment.
Thinning + faded paint, broken seals leaking water into the container. Rusted outlet attenuator + exhaust stack.

Dismantling the vertical outlet, splitters were heavily rusted and falling to pieces.

New box type exhaust silencers fitted to a new roof panel that sits over the whole left by the old exhaust. Complete canopy repaint, new door and door furniture. New door sill.
M&S Newbury container refurbishment
Badly corroded canopy, caught in the nick of time for a revamp. Door was falling off, rusting all over and exhaust heavily corroded.
Exhaust in very bad condition.
Canopy has been cleaned up and had a fresh coat of paint. New angled trims fitted where necessary, new exhaust and the door repaired.
M&S Salisbury, Exhaust re-cladding, canopy refurb, ventilation cowls fitted.
Canopy in need of repaint. cladding roof installed previously by others over the exhaust. Was getting very hot and melting paint inside. No lagging on internal bellows.
